Isabella
Stansbury

hello!
Isabella is an NYC based actor, singer, voiceover artist, and dancer. She is consistently inspired by fantastic roles emerging for women in contemporary works, but also enjoys exploring classic works from today’s point of view. Young leading lady, ingenue with a twist, woman with a dark side- Isabella enjoys discovering different facets of where she fits in storytelling.
Favorite regional credits include: Natalie in Next to Normal (Riverside Theatre), Sophie in Mamma Mia! (Virginia Musical Theatre), Natalya in the regional premier of Dave Malloy’s Preludes (Firehouse Theatre), Violet in A Charlie Brown Christmas (National Tour- Gershwin Entertainment), and Miss Lark/Ensemble in Mary Poppins (Virginia Repertory Theatre). BFA- Virginia Commonwealth University.
When not working as an actor, Isabella is a passionate fitness professional. In between the hustle and bustle of life in NYC, she can usually be found in a cozy coffee shop with a latte and a close friend, or snuggled up with a good book in her teeny studio apartment.

"Superboy and the invisible girl" as Natalie in Next to normal

Isabella recently finished up a run as Natalie in Next to Normal at Riverside Theatre in Vero Beach, Florida
"But it is Eric Kunze and Isabella Stansbury who win our hearts here from the get-go. They turn in winning portrayals of Dan, the father, and Natalie, the daughter. They not only sing beautifully, but they also dig into the souls of their characters and serve up the big emotion often missing from the show’s first act." -Pam Harbaugh, Brevard Culture
"Stansbury’s Natalie is authentic as she navigates her teen years surrounded by chaos."
-Sally Dillon, Planet Vero
